Tall, elegant lamp base in the neoclassical style, likely from the 1950s. No shade included. Features Grecian scenes with figures and a cherub in a chariot. Marble base with black marble variations (grey/silver and gold veins). Measures 24" tall to the top of the socket. Base is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". Takes a type A bulb. 3-way switch. Original wiring. Very good condition. No damage to the marble, some finish loss on the gilt gold finish at the bottom (see photo). Weighs almost 12 lbs before packaging. Untested, as-is.
